（中央社記者汪淑芬台北6日電）行政院公共工程委員會今天公布桃機淹水報告，發現排水幹線遭阻塞。桃機公司總經理費鴻鈞表示，將追查施工元凶。

根據行政院公共工程委員會報告，桃機淹水主要是H幹線的3孔箱涵上游端，有大量卵礫石淤積，造成排水不良、淹水溢流。

費鴻鈞說，將會追查是哪個施工單位造成，若有人把石頭放錯地方，或是該清未清，這是要不得且無恥的事，應負起公共危險責任。不過，桃機也要負督導不周責任。

另公共工程委員會報告也指出，桃機應變不足，防水閘門沒有即時關閉，導致積水倒灌至美食街。

費鴻鈞說，根據當天同仁的回報，當天水量已大到無法關閉閘門。1050606
